About Us
Jackson County Horseman's
Association was formed in 1963 with the focus on group riding in
Southern Oregon. Our aim is simple – let’s ride together and enjoy our
animals and the outdoors!
JCHA activities for the members include monthly trail rides, monthly club meetings, interesting
programs, play days, clinics, camp-outs and community service projects.
Our member-only trail rides are subject to the weather and the availability
of a Trail Boss, but we do attempt to have two each month.
General meetings of JCHA are held the second
Wednesday of the month (no August meeting) at the I.O.O.F.
Hall in Central Point beginning at 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:30pm for refreshments
which are provided by the
members. Meetings usually run about one hour long.

A monthly newsletter is mailed to all members the week after the general
meeting. It will include monthly rides and information. We encourage you to
submit articles of interest to the membership. You may also submit
classified ads.
A seven person Board of Directors governs JCHA. The current directors are listed
on the contact page. Do not hesitate to e-mail if you have a question.
Our
Bylaws are thorough and will hopefully
answer most questions concerning JCHA.
